- Product specification of immobilized enzyme carrier

    Immobilized enzyme is also called the solid-phase enzyme, with the development of enzyme engineering in 1960s, which is a new technology of enzyme application. It is to bind or restrict soluble enzyme to solid material by physical or chemical methods , so that it becomes insoluble but still has its exclusive enzyme activity, which is used for various enzyme catalytic reactions in solution.

    Compared with the free enzyme, the immobilized enzyme has the advantages of high stability, easy separation and recovery, reusable use, and easy production continuity and automation. Up to now, immobilized enzyme technology has been widely used in food, medicine, agriculture, environmental protection, textile, photography, energy, materials, fine chemical industry, detection and analysis and other fields, greatly expanding the industrial application of enzymes, with great potential and broad development prospects.

    There are many kinds of solid materials that can be used as carriers for immobilization of enzymes, the common ones are natural polymer materials, synthetic polymer materials, porous inorganic materials, etc. Enzyme immobilization has high requirements on the particle size, pore structure, binding site and form, mechanical strength, thermal stability, chemical stability, biological affinity and compatibility of the carrier material, and there are differences among different enzymes. The structure and properties of the carrier material directly determine the performance of the immobilized enzyme.

    Zhejiang Zhengguang Resin by constantly trying to achieve, has now developed a variety of skeleton, pore structure and types of the combination group is relatively complete series of immobilized enzyme carrier. (see the table below) There are six categories and more than 20 varieties including epoxy, hydroxyl, amino, hydrophobic, adsorption and affinity. The product has a uniform particle size, controllable structure, high load enzyme activity, batch good stability and excellent mechanical strength. Many kinds of enzymes can be immobilized in order to meet the different industries, different using conditions of immobilized demand of production and scientific research etc..
