Our History
 

In February 1996, Zhejiang Zhengguang Industrial Co., LTD was registered and established.  

In 2006, in order to cooperate with the Hangzhou government "Canal application for world heritage", the company's production capacity plans to transfer to Ningbo petrochemical economic and technological Development Zone, "Ningbo Zhengguang Resin Co., LTD." registered and established.  

In December 2007, "Hangzhou Shuteng Industry and Trade Co., LTD." was registered and established.  

In 2011, "Ningbo Zhengguang Resin Co., LTD." newly built "annual output of 25,000 cubic cation & anion exchange resin project" formally began to put into production.  

In January 2012, "Hangzhou Zhengguang Resin Sales Co., Ltd." was registered and established.  

In 2015, Ningbo Zhengguang Resin Co., LTD. "annual output of 3,000 tons of acrylic acid resins technical improvement project" by environmental protection, safety supervision and other departments after acceptance into production.  

In June 2016, "Zhejiang Zhengguang Industry Co., LTD." was listed in "National Sme Share Transfer System".  

In October 2016, "Ningbo Hydrolite Liquid Separation Technology Co., LTD." was registered and established and purchased a land use right covering an area of 40083 square meters and a factory building area of 24,856 square meters. 

In 2017, Ningbo Zhengguang Resin Co., LTD. "annual processing of 3000 tons of food-grade resin improvement project" by environmental protection, safety supervision and other departments after acceptance into production.  

In 2020, Zhejiang Zhengguang Industrial Co., Ltd. submitted IPO application materials to Shenzhen Stock Exchange Market, applied for listing on GEM, and passed the meeting in February 2021.  

In November 2021, Zhejiang Zhengguang Industrial Co., LTD. (stock abbreviation: "Zhengguang Stock", stock code: 301092) was successfully listed on GEM of Shenzhen Stock Exchange Market.
